We do not administer refunds for the membership program. You are free to cancel anytime at which you membership will be canceled at the same time. 

Clothing Refunds & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds. We do accept exchanges as long as the below criteria is met.

No refunds or exchanges can be offered after 21 days of purchase.

Exchanges are not allowed for items that have been damaged because of your error.

Exchanges are allowed if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for a returned item.

We currently do not accept exchanges for international costumers due to the cost of shipping.

We also are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item, so you should use a track-able shipping service.
